Our mission is to empower the next generation.

Smithson Craighead Academy (SCA) believes that all children can learn and grow. We seek to educate and empower children at all levels from at risk to high achieving. With a strong foundation in basic skills, higher order thinking, and positive behavior skills SCA students will succeed.

We equally believe that appropriate interactions amongst educators, the students' families, and the community helps SCA provide a welcoming and supportive environment that leads each child toward success in school and in life.
